i appreciated the room with nice artwork too. location: the hotel was right by the mountains, and centre of villaviciosa. the lunch in casa mery next door to the venue had every choice imaginable.

We had a delightful stay at this charming hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The staff member who served us went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. She provided us with helpful recommendations and made us feel right at home. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but it didn't pose a significant issue for us. I highly recommend Avenida Real for a wonderful stay in Villaviciosa.

This hotel is seriously mind-blowing! The staff here are SUPER friendly and helpful, even though they don't speak much English. The room was jaw-droppingly furnished in a stylish and classic way, and the bathroom was seriously well-appointed. And the best part? The included breakfast at the nearby café was an absolute treat!

We absolutely loved our stay at Avienda Real in Villaviciosa. The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere filled with beautiful art, making it a great choice for party people. The owner, Vincente, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast at Café Vincente, just around the corner, was absolutely magnificent. The hotel's location near the Camino del Norte route was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. a quirky and comfortable hotel with excellent amenities and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Really good location, near the navel of nightlife. Kindly staff. Extraordinary public Café beneath the Mercado where you'll get your breakfast with a Voucher. Owner served a nice meal despite language barrier. Highly recommend for Camino del Norte pilgrims and short term holiday.
